Reiki
is laying of hands on a human or animal body to comfort, relax
and relieve pain. I use the traditional Usui Reiki which
helps in healing the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual
aspects of the body.
The goal of practicing energy healing such as Reiki is to
restore, replenish and maintain the natural harmony and balance
needed to create optimal health and well being.
